Who needs a paid seat?
Paid seats are for the office and field leads. Crew is free, and so are other trades and the GC’s people.
What is the founding price?
The first companies get 50% off list for 12 months, in writing. Field is $174.50 a month and Pro $449.50 a month for the first year.
How does the field test work?
One shop uses Sightgrid on one real job, free for the whole job. One person gives five minutes of feedback a week, everyone takes a short survey at the end, and either side can stop with 14 days’ notice.
What counts as an active job on the GC edition?
A job with a model version, a clash action or a chat message in the month. A job with no activity for a full month isn’t counted.
Do we need a 3D model?
Sightgrid works best with the engineers’ IFC models, from Revit, Navisworks or any design tool. For assemblies that come as drawings only, drawing import reads CAD-exported PDFs and DXFs into parts you check.
Where does our data live?
Each job’s files sit in that job’s private storage and open on the device. Learning across companies is off unless your company opts in, in writing.
Is there a connection to Procore?
Not today. Clashes move to and from your coordination tools as BCF files.
