Why we built it
Everyone above the crew works from a model.
The engineers coordinate in 3D, and the crew installing the work gets paper. The clash nobody saw becomes a reroute, a ceiling opened twice, and a long argument about who pays. Sightgrid closes that gap: the same model, on the phones of the people doing the work, with every fix signed off and on the record.

Every model, one building
IFC from Revit, Navisworks or any design tool goes in. Drawings work too: CAD-exported PDFs and DXFs become parts you check.

Clashes before day one
The pre-build report finds where your work meets every other trade, by zone and room, with the distance.

Assigned, fixed, signed off
The right person takes it, fixes it and sends a photo. The super clears it. The record can’t be edited.

On every phone, with or without signal
Saved on the phone first and sent when there’s signal. Crew seats are free.
Your data
Your files stay with your job.
Private per job
Model files and photos sit in that job’s private storage and open on the device. Nothing is shared across companies.
No learning on your data by default
Learning across companies is off unless your company opts in, in writing.

Export the whole job, its files and its history, and take it with you.
